Mario Kart Wii Gecko Codes, Cheats, & Hacks

First of all, hi im a new Member 
i really like the site so i joined ^^

So i saw a Video on YouTube where all Cpus had the same Character/ Vehicle Combination and sadly this person didnt post the code for it in the describtion.
I searched all over the internet but i couldnt find it maybe i have overseen it or something idk
Can anyone help me ? or has the Code
