Hello, I would like to request for a mega thundercloud code because the ones I've used only affects the players who have the code and I want the code to affect all of the players too even if they do not have the code. The server I work with host fun rooms every weekend and since we have several people who are playing on dolphin (including myself) and we can't enable mega thunderclouds unless if we are on ctgp. I would really appreciate it if someone can make one, thanks!
That's impossible. Either make everyone use the code or give up.

Best bet, make a "distribution" settings you would desire.
