have to load a codes twice - RamboMKW - 01-05-2020

I'm trying to use these two codes:
Star Power Lasts Forever [Bully@Wiiplaza]
F6000001 80008100
D01C017C 807C0000
14000018 38600FFF
140001CC 38600FFF
E0000000 80008000

Mega Mushroom Lasts Forever [Bully@Wiiplaza]
F6000001 80008100
B01C0102 7F83E378
14000020 38600FFF
E0000000 80008000

but i have to "load them twice" by loading them with Gecko using the Homebrew channel then go back to the Wii menu after the game has startet and then load them again the same way. I don't get them to work in any other way. I'm using a German Mario Kart Wii disc on a PAL Wii. These two codes don't work on Dolphin emulator at all and I don't know of any other code with this strange behavior. Does someone knows why this happens or how to fix the codes?

Well, considering how F6 type codes work, they are probably getting set on the wrong code. I'm sure Vega could convert these for you, I would, but I am not in a good position to right now.

These codes have already been 'de-converted' from their F6 form to their 'regular' region dependent form

I have a De-convert F6 tut in the guides sub-forum, but it's in a real need of an update as I wrote it a long time ago. Any F6 codes you see in the Gecko site have all been de-converted and posted+tested on the forums.

One of the final updates to the Gecko 1.9.3.1 code handler was the implementation of F6 codes. Unfortunately, there were bugs but an update to fix them never came as this was during the time when the Wii development scene died quickly.
