What item restrictions does this code remove?

Server time limits?
Amount of items in play limits?

I just did a quick race with this code, and didn't notice anything. Mushroom bug still occurred as normal too.

Also, who made this code?

Ye the code is trying to do RAM Edits on a part of Mem80 that has loadable values instead of executable instructions. Hence why porting this would be a pain.

It would be best to take the Japan version (it appears that one is the original), and simply set a Read BP on each value, and see which instructions are responsible for reading those values. I don't have any motivation to do that.
