This code is an improved version of the original code, which doesn't make the cloud disappear and will also not affect other items.

  Enhanced Start Line (LE-CODE replica) [Kazuki]
Posted by: Kazuki - 03-16-2021, 01:33 AM - Forum: Visual & Sound Effects - No Replies

This code will fix the Start Line Bug and support Second KTPT like LE-CODE.It doesn't change anything on regular tracks.
Fishdom Island and MP9 Toad Road are good tracks for testing.
This code uses vector of 0x81683220~0x81683223. Make sure no other codes use that vector.

  ccp button rapid fire
Posted by: 666 - 03-15-2021, 04:07 AM - Forum: Code Support / Help / Requests - Replies (1)

does not rapid fire correctly...? a friend of mine on discord asked me to take a crack at it and i have no idea why it doesn't "work" - seems like the button does get spammed but isn't capable of rapid fire hop abuse, which is the entire reason he wants the code. to my understanding you need to hop every other frame to initiate rapid fire hop abuse

interestingly, he told me the codes used for all other controllers work as intended (he told me got them from https://mkwii.com/showthread.php?tid=262 & tid=263 for nunchuck and gcn, respectively), but the ccp one he got from bully (https://bullywiihacks.forumotion.com/t55...rapid-fire) just doesn't do the same thing. no idea why.

if there's some difference in the structure of the codes that would prevent it from working according to the RR/XX value (01 in every case), i can't find it. don't know too much about this game, which is why i'm asking here. i feel like it's somehow restricted by the controller itself... idfk. either way if someone who knows what they're doing with this game's memory can take a look and let me know what's up or offer a fix, please do. friend and i would both appreciate it vm

  Wiimmfi and dolphin with Wii nand
Posted by: DF_BR - 03-13-2021, 03:57 AM - Forum: Code Support / Help / Requests - Replies (2)

So guys, my brother wanted to play MKWii in dolphin, so I dumped my Wii nand, and deleted a license when loaded dolphin and entered in wiimmfi (it worked fine)

My doubt is, can I get banned if I play at the same time in my Wii and him in dolphin? Or somehow my nand get banned because it's been played in dolphin? I'm really afraid about that

Question A code to change your WiFi connections while in-game?
Posted by: mapnov - 03-11-2021, 07:54 PM - Forum: Code Support / Help / Requests - Replies (1)

This is more a question than a request, and is quite an unusual one. I was wondering if it's possible or not to have a code that switches between the 3 WiFi connections (access points) that you have configured in your wii by pressing an activator while you're in MKWii, without the need to go to the Wii Settings and selecting ''Use this connection'' everytime you want to switch. Of course, you would need to have all 3 connections already configured in the settings for it to work. Is it possible? or there is no way to change that while inside the game?

  Remove 6 Minute Limit [WhatisLoaf]
Posted by: WhatisLoaf - 03-05-2021, 08:59 PM - Forum: Time Trials & Battle - No Replies

This code removes the 6 minute time limit in time trials.
Since this limit only affects ghost saving and not ghost replaying, you don't need this code to replay a ghost that goes over 6 minutes.
Note that the input limit still holds!

Thumbs Up [Request] Mega Thunderclouds for fun room
Posted by: xMeap826 - 02-28-2021, 08:07 PM - Forum: Code Support / Help / Requests - Replies (2)

Hello, I would like to request for a mega thundercloud code because the ones I've used only affects the players who have the code and I want the code to affect all of the players too even if they do not have the code. The server I work with host fun rooms every weekend and since we have several people who are playing on dolphin (including myself) and we can't enable mega thunderclouds unless if we are on ctgp. I would really appreciate it if someone can make one, thanks!

  Write to File on SD Card v0.3 [Vega]
Posted by: Vega - 02-28-2021, 02:06 AM - Forum: Misc/Other - Replies (3)

Write to File on SD Card v0.3 [Vega]

NOTE: Licensed under GPLv2. A notice of the license is included in the source below.

Code creator: Vega
Code credits: Bushing & Segher (Read File from SD)

This code will allow you to write to a file that's on your SD card. This does NOT work on directories, files only. The code works on every Wii game. There are some quirks with this current version (0.3) but I may improve it over time, who knows.

Video demo~

Quirks for v0.3:
- Can't create, delete, resize, or rename files
- File must be on Root directory
- File Name (including null byte appended at end) must not exceed 13 bytes in length
- FAT32 only
- No SDHC's

How to use the Code:

Create a separate code to setup the args~
r3 = Pointer to file name
r4 = Pointer to contents that will be written to file
r5 = Length of r4 (in bytes)

Call the function~
lis rX, 0x8000 #X being w/e register you want to use
lwz rX, 0xUUUU (rX) #U values explained below
mtctr rX
bctrl

The function returns a value in r3. 0 = success. Any IOS Errors will be returned. I also added in custom error codes as well
-31 = BPB_BytesPerSector was not 0x200 (Just do a plain jane FAT32 format to solve this issue)
-32 = Partition was not FAT32
-33 = File not found
-34 = Bad Cluster found in Cluster Chain
-35 = File Name too long
-36 = Your r5 arg exceeds the size of the file

Values:
U = Lower 16 bits of EVA to place the function address at
V = IOS_Open
X = IOS_Ioctl
Y = IOS_Ioctlv
Z = IOS_Close
